The Front Row Africa

Privacy Notice

What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and how to ask us about it.

Last updated August 2026

This notice covers thefrontrow.africa. It doesn’t cover other sites we might link to, or third-party services embedded on individual pages (a video player, for instance).

What we collect

We only collect what a given action on the site actually requires:

  • Newsletter signups — your email address, plus the page you signed up from.
  • Report and event registration — your name, email, company, and role, when a report or event asks for them to unlock a download or register your interest.
  • Server logs — standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) that any web server records, kept only long enough to operate and secure the site.

We don’t run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we don’t sell the information above to anyone.

How we use it

Newsletter signups are used to send you the newsletter you signed up for, and nothing else. Report and event details are used to unlock the download or registration you requested, and to follow up about that specific report or event. We don’t combine these into a broader marketing profile.

How long we keep it

We keep newsletter and lead records until you ask us to remove them, or until they’re clearly stale. Unsubscribing from the newsletter removes your signup record — see Manage Privacy Settings.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time from the Manage Privacy Settings page, or ask us to tell you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We’ll respond from that same address.

Cookies

See our Cookie Policy for the specifics of what this site stores in your browser and why.

Changes to this notice

If we change what we collect or why, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top.
